Shipping & Returns
Shipping is included, tracked and EU-wide.

Where we ship
We ship only to addresses in the European Union. Checkout accepts an address in any EU country, and no other.
What it costs
Shipping is included in every price. Nothing is added at checkout, and there are no customs charges within the EU.
How and when
Every parcel is sent by tracked shipping with CTT, and higher-value parcels are insured. When your parcel leaves, we email you its tracking number and a link to follow it.
A Watch is usually sent within [X] working days of your payment. A Commission is sent once its Balance is paid.
Returning a Watch
You can return a Watch within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason (see the Terms of sale for the details of your right to withdraw).
- Email us at hello@sixbeatwatch.com within 14 days of receiving the Watch, with your Order's details.
- Pack the Watch carefully in its original packaging, with everything it came with.
- Send it within 14 days of telling us to Six Beat Watch, Rua Professor Mark Athias, Lisboa. We suggest a tracked, insured service; the return postage is yours to pay.
- We refund the full price, including the original shipping, to the same payment method within 14 days of your email. We may wait until the Watch arrives, or until you send proof of posting.
If something is wrong
If your watch arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us at hello@sixbeatwatch.com with a photo or a short description. Every watch has the 3-year legal guarantee, and we pay the shipping for guarantee repairs.
Custom builds
A Commission is made to your specification, so it can't be returned because you changed your mind. The legal guarantee applies to it in full.
